To Weinberg College Graduates:

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences!

Weinberg College Convocation will take place on Saturday, June 14 beginning at 3:00pm at Welsh-Ryan Arena. At this ceremony, each graduate will be called to the stage to be recognized individually.

As shared in February by the Graduation Office, each graduating student may claim a maximum of 6 tickets, over two ticketing rounds (see below). Ticketing will be held in two rounds:
  • February 27-April 1: Graduates may reserve up to 4 tickets
  • April 2-April 28: Graduates may reserve up to 2 additional tickets, and submit a waitlist request (if necessary)
  • April 29-May 30: Waitlist requests are fulfilled based on venue capacity. Waitlist requests are not guaranteed.
All Weinberg College graduates are guaranteed the allotted number of tickets within each ticketing round (i.e. 4 tickets during round one, 2 tickets during round two) and tickets can be ordered at any point during the dates listed above.

Some additional details about Convocation can be found below. Please take the time to review this information carefully. Information regarding Convocation can also be found on the Weinberg College Convocation website
